You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in using email and password or a supported social login provider (such as Google or Facebook). Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its content except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the trips, itineraries, notes, documents, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you choose to collaborate with. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to upload it.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries, recommendations, summaries, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for independently verifying important details — such as bookings, prices, travel requirements, visas, and opening hours — before relying on them. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and does not constitute professional travel, legal, or financial advice.

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g. maps, authentication, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minogo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
